Our Dark Chocolate Sauce is back! We'll be sharing the syrup you love under the new label "Wild and Sweet Chocolate," made in collaboration with Wild Heart Sipping Vinegar, and YOU can find it this weekend at the Puyallup Farmers Market (Saturday, April 18th, from 9:00 - 2:00).

It will also be available at the Mt Vernon Tulip Festival all weekend at Wild Heart Sipping Vinegar booth!

It is with bittersweet emotions that we announce the closing of our downtown Olympia Bittersweets Chocolates store today. We've sold our last chocolates.

We have truly enjoyed being a part of this community and are incredibly grateful for the support and patronage you have shown us over the years. It has been an honor to create our chocolates for you and to share in your special occasions.

Our chocolate tempering machine is still on the fritz, so we're limited still on production. Here are our shop hours this week:

Tuesday, Friday and Saturday: Open for walk-ins, first come, first served, until we're out of chocolate for the day.

Wednesday and Thursday: holiday preorder pickups and deliveries only, please.

Well, snap! Our chocolate tempering machine (integral to our chocolate making process) is on the fritz. If you're interested in stopping by the shop to browse our Christmas selections, PLEASE CALL FIRST and we'll let you know if we've got product available for sale.
