Third Plate Pastures is a small family farm in the Tombigbee National Forest. We raise Berkshire and Red Wattle pigs as well as Dorper Sheep. As a James Beard award winning chef, I understand what chefs want and need to uphold the highest standards for consistently superior food to serve discerning customers with similarly high expectations.
