Try this quick and delicious dumpling skillet🥟

Recipe:
2 tbsp neutral flavored oil
1/2 cup diced shallots
1 lb ground chicken
1/4 cup ginger soy sauce
1/2 cup water
4 oz wonton wrappers, cut into strips or halves
2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 cup diced green onions
Salt, to taste
Chili crunch, optional
In a large skillet add the oil and shallots. Cook over medium heat until softened.
Add the ground chicken and cook through; breaking up the meat as it cooks. Stir in the ginger soy sauce and water. Simmer for 3 minutes, or until the sauce is slightly reduced.
Bring a pan of water to boil. Add the wonton wrappers to the water, making sure to separate them as you drop into the water to prevent sticking together. Boil for 2 to 3 minutes or until preferred doneness.
Strain and gently add to the skillet with sesame oil, green onions and options; chili crunch. Stir to combine. Salt to taste and serve warm topped with additional green onions.
