The long awaited class post!

I’ve had a TON of interest in more classes so here’s my next one!

January 31st from 10-noon ish

Class will be held at Peter’s Pond located at N2647 Cherry Dr Pulaski! Class cost is $65 and has to be paid when you sign up.

*you MUST bring a mixing bowl, mixing utensil and a glass jar to class*

Now for the class details:

Every one will go home with a starter, a banneton, a tea towel for the banneton, a banneton cover, a dough to make your own loaf at home, a packet with all the information we went over in class plus my recipe, inclusion recipes and FAQ’s. You also get lifetime sourdough support from yours truly🫶🏼

I will also have extra tools for sale during the class including: bread lame, dough whisk, bench scrapers, jar spatulas and jar covers!

In class we will cover everything including:
✨what ratios to feed your starter
✨how to care for and feed your starter
✨when it’s at its peak vs fall stage
✨Making a dough for you to take home to make a fresh loaf
✨I will have doughs at various stages so you can see the whole process from start to finish
✨I take a TON of time to answer your questions
✨And of course I’ll have sourdough goodies for everyone to try!
