Remember those cats that I thought wreaked havoc on some of my flower rows? Everything grew! Almost in perfect placement...like the cats did it on purpose.

They may not have brought home a win, but we are still so incredibly proud of our Wood Memorial Softball team! Making it all the way to Regionals is an amazing accomplishment and they should be so proud of themselves! 💚🥎

We were honored to surprise them with drinks after the game, and we hope they know how much support they have from this community. These girls deserve all the applause for an unforgettable season!

Congratulations on a job well done, Trojans! 👏💚💛

Meli Market will be closed the next few days to plant and restock. I may even do some laundry 😏

NOW for cookies... All I want is a peach from Thomas Family Orchard, so I can't think of anything else 😅 June's cookie calendar coming soon.

MULLEIN

This mullein popped up in my front flower bed a couple years ago. I've been babying her ever since.....until she fell over a couple weeks ago 😫

I was heartbroken and overreacted I'm sure 😅, but then she sprang back to life and bloomed- Hallelujah.

I'm specifically after her yellow flowers this time. In her second year, she'll throw up a stalk and flower. When infused with oil, the blooms make an excellent natural ear remedy.

Old wives tales say your land will grow medicine specific to your needs. It hasn't failed me yet ✨️
