Wild Chicks CSA The story of a small farm in the Catskills A family owned farm, est. in 1984, located in the Catskill Mountains on 120 acres.

The animal are raised on pasture and vegetarian feed. Livestock raised on pasture provides a stress free environment. No hormones, growth stimulants, pesticides, herbicides or antibiotics are used. All meats are processed and packaged without preservatives or nitrates.
