With fall’s arrival, Edgwick Farm 🐐 has new seasonal pairings with its Canterbury soft goat cheese. The sweet pairing is their goat cheese mixed with a fresh, pumpkin compote, a touch of maple syrup and pumpkin pie spices for Pumpkin Spice Canterbury. This creamy and tangy delicacy is like the best pumpkin cheesecake you’ve ever had. The savory pairing is with New York’s favorite breakfast spice mix to make Everything Bagel Canterbury.

And Edgwick’s Funny Chilld is back after aging in the caves for 10 months. A Tomme style hard cheese that has been washed for two weeks with Moonlet, a milk stout from Hudson Valley Brewery in Beacon, NY. The washed rind gives it a hoppy finish in your mouth. Wonderful on a savory cheeseboard with charcuterie. The Moonlet gives the cheese a rich, silky note reminiscent of milk chocolate, cocoa, and coffee, with a smooth, earthy finish.
