Squash pick of the day-

Sunshine ☀️

This squash has a bright orange stringless inside flesh that is sweet & nutty with a buttery smooth texture once cooked.

Wonderful for roasting, steaming, mashing or blending into soups or even using in baked goods.

The thin skin becomes edible once cooked- so no need to peel off the skin.

Put this squash on your to try list next and let us know what you think!
