🌟 Market43 Update 🌟

Today, the Market43 board & individuals in the community gathered to discuss the future of our market.

We have been overwhelmed by the number of people who reached out, offered support, and expressed a willingness to help pour into Market43.

We are blessed to have an incredible group of individuals who are passionate about the market and committed to helping it grow. During our meeting, we discussed several exciting ideas and events, and we are looking forward to re-engaging with our community and continuing the mission of Market43.

We are happy to say that Market43 is moving forward, and we couldn’t do it without each of you. Your support means more than you know.

🎉 Be on the lookout over the next week or so as we announce our first summer event of the season! We have some fun things in the works that we think you’re absolutely going to love.

💚 A Message from Market43 💚

When I started Market43, the goal was simple: create a place where local farmers, makers, bakers, artisans, and our community could come together and support one another.

Over the past year, we’ve been blessed to watch Market43 grow into something special. We’ve met incredible vendors, welcomed thousands of visitors, and built friendships that mean so much to us.

As many of you know, life and business seasons change. Between my family, real estate career, and other responsibilities, I simply haven’t been able to devote the time and energy that Market43 deserves. A successful market requires constant outreach, vendor recruitment, relationship building, event planning, and ongoing growth all done for FREE or little to no income.

At this point, Market43 is in need of someone who is passionate about local business and community and has the time to actively recruit vendors, grow the market, and help take it into its next chapter.

If you have experience in event management, farmers markets, community development, or simply have a passion for supporting local businesses and would be interested in discussing taking over or helping lead Market43, I would love to talk with you.

Without additional leadership and support, we may eventually be faced with the difficult decision of closing Market43. That is not what we want, and before making that decision, we wanted to reach out to our community and see if there is someone who feels called to continue what we’ve built together.

Yes, it’s a little wet out there this morning ☔️ but the good news is there’s no more rain in the forecast! So grab your rain boots and come on out to Market43 this morning! 8-12pm!

We’ve got a slew of amazing vendors set up and ready to see everyone, plus breakfast from River City Breakfast food truck serving up delicious food all morning long.
