The farmers market is canceled for today. A notice went out in yesterday’s newsletter, but we know some people may not have seen it. We will use social media during the off season to share any updates on how you can order from farmers and vendors

Please also note that the Foster Farmers Market is also canceled for tomorrow. They are open through October on Sunday mornings at Shady acres Restaurant in Foster which is a great option for soaking up some farmers market vibes and getting your fresh eggs, meat, and produce.

This was taken Forsyth Farmers' Market last Saturday. The weather was beautiful and the market was amazing! I wish we could all be there this weekend to avoid the storm headed our way. Speaking of that storm… the weather is still predicting some heavy wind. We don’t usually cancel for rain but heavy winds are another story. Since weather here in the North East can change we won’t officially make a decision until Friday. But if the weather report stays the same we will cancel. The Alzheimer’s walk scheduled is in the same situation. Stay tuned.

Wouldn’t it be great to have more people trained and aware?

Lifesavers wanted!

The Scituate Rotary club is hosting a discounted Community Responder class teaching life-saving skills like CPR/AED, choking relief, overdose, bleeding, and allergic reactions.

Bystanders can be the most important link in the chain of survivability of life-threatening emergences and the more people that are certified and trained the more lives that can be saved.

The Scituate Rotary has partnered with Amy Wagner to offer this class at a major discount to lower the barrier for you to get trained of just $15!

**Seating is limited and pre-registration is required**

In a hasty attempt to get the newsletter out I made a cut and paste error. Don’t worry Salisbury will be at the market.
