Last call for Ohio Red Haven peaches and Ohio nectarines! If you want the last taste of summer’s finest, it would be best to stop up in the next few days.

Today is also our last day open at our North Ridgeville stand for the season! Please stop in to pay us one more visit between 10 AM and 5 PM! We will continue to be open DAILY at our Middleburg Heights stand from 10 AM to 6 PM until November 1st!

We still have our amazing sweet corn and tons of delicious tomatoes as well as a few fall items including acorn, butternut, and delicata squash, and the first Honey Crisp and Gala apples of the season! You might even see a few pumpkins starting to arrive! 😍

Happy Labor Day Weekend from the Willie’s Farm Market crew! We’ll be “laboring” this weekend to bring you the freshest local produce including our own sweet corn, homegrown tomatoes, local Red Haven peaches, nectarines, watermelons, cucumbers, squash, and so much more!

Middleburg Heights:
Saturday and Sunday: 10 AM to 6 PM
Monday (Labor Day): 10 AM to 3 PM

North Ridgeville:
Saturday and Sunday: 10 AM to 5 PM
Monday (Labor Day): CLOSED

This weekend marks the unofficial end to the summer peak season at the farm market and, although we’ve still got two months to go, today we’re paying tribute to our amazing summer stand crew!

They not only toughed it out through one of the hottest and most humid summers ever, they also worked harder than ever in what has become our busiest season yet! Despite working their butts off, they always find ways to make the work fun, to make each other (and customers) laugh, and to bring lightness and joy to the stand. Perhaps they’ve brought joy to you in the patience, kindness, knowledge, humor, and care they’ve demonstrated in serving you!

Let’s hear it for the WFM crew! CH-EARS 🌽 to you! If you come to the stand this weekend, be sure to tell them if you think they’ve done a good job! They deserve ALL the compliments and it will certainly make their day!

The hardest working, and friendliest crew serving the most delicious produce in Northeast Ohio! This IS our peak weekend of summer! Amazing sweet corn…best tasting yet, just in time for the North Ridgeville Corn Festival! Freestone Red Haven peaches! Honey rock melons! Watermelons (seeded and seedless). Local blueberries (that are seriously to die for)! Local tomatoes!

The Honey Rocks are being inducted into the Willie’s produce Hall of Fame! 👏 🏆 Perhaps we’ll erect a statue to pay tribute to their decades of deliciousness and the thousands of families to which they’ve brought joy! What do you think?

We are now in PEAK honey rock season! Tastes and looks like a cantaloupe, but sweeter and more tender than the traditional, commercially grown grocery store melons! So good! 🤤 😋

Let’s hear it for our North Ridgeville stand crew: Addison, Emily, Lizzie, and of course, owner and Farmer Willie himself! This small but mighty crew is not only a selection of some the hardest-working people I know, but they are also some of the kindest. The girls run the stand with so much care and heart, you’d almost think it was their own! The Middleburg Heights stand gets a lot more social media glory since it’s our original stand and the one I’m always at, but I’m so happy to FINALLY give this team the public recognition they deserve! We are so appreciative of them! 👏 👏

Looking for less crowds and, for the most part, the EXACT same produce as Middleburg? Pay them a visit soon! Our North Ridgeville stand is open daily 10 AM to 5 PM!

Happy August! Our busiest month of the year at the market and farm! Local peaches, nectarines, sweet corn, tomatoes, peppers, honey rock melons, and Ohio watermelons will be stars of this month! We call this PEAK season for Ohio produce! It’s arriving a bit late this year, but it never lasts long. About 4-5 weeks…and then we descend into apple, pumpkin, and squash season! Yes…it’s coming fast!

I wanted to take a mid-season moment to thank our customers for all their support. We are having our busiest season yet…so much so it is often quite hard to keep up! We thank you for your patience, kindness, and encouragement. We may not be perfect every time, but we are doing are absolute best to serve you the most delicious and freshest produce on the west side! With how busy my amazing team and I have been, I have not been able to reply to and acknowledge the huge amount of comments and messages. However, know that we have seen them and we are SO appreciative of your support!!

I’ll also take this moment to thank our amazing crew of workers. This job would be impossible without them…and certainly less fun! I don’t know what I did to have found such amazing people who not only are my colleagues, but in many cases, have become my closest friends! They so appreciate the generosity and kindness of our customers. Thank you!

It’s Ohio Red Haven peach season! The sweetest, juiciest peach around! We bring them in fresh from a family owned orchard in Amherst, Ohio! Available through the end of August! They will make your taste buds dance!

We also have local honey rock melons available again and should be getting them in more consistently from now through the start of September. A sweeter homegrown variety of the traditional grocery store cantaloupe! Extremely popular with our customers!

New item today: sweet yellow banana peppers!

And of course, we are still picking our own amazing sweet corn fresh every single morning. So tender and sweet it will blow you away!
