Layers on layers on layers 😋Super Six Layer Dip featuring our ground linguica, perfect for scooping, sharing, and cheering all game long. Bring this to your Super Bowl party and thank us later. Go Pats! 🏈

Super Six Layer Dip
8 oz cream cheese softened
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon parsley
1 cup Gaspar's ground Linguica (about 1/2 pound)
1 cup your favorite salsa
1 cup light sour cream (you can use regular but light spreads better)
1 - 8 oz can diced chiles drained
8 oz mild cheddar cheese shredded (or your favorite cheese)
Mix cream cheese, milk, and parsley until blended. Smooth into 9 inch baking dish. Layer the rest of the ingredients as listed. Bake covered at 350 for 10 minutes then uncovered until hot and bubbly or microwave on high until hot and bubbly. Serve with your favorite chips or crackers

Today was a truly special day for Gaspar’s Sausage Co as our owner Bob Gaspar had the honor of meeting Academy Award–winning director Brian Helgeland. What made the moment even more meaningful is that we have treasured a 2004 newspaper article where he shared how much he enjoys our sausage; so much so that he said it would be one of the things he’d save from a burning fire. For over two decades, we’ve proudly kept that article as a reminder of the joy our product brings, and meeting him in person today felt like the story coming full circle. We are deeply grateful for his kind words then and now, and we’re honored to know our tradition and flavors have left a lasting impression.
