A fresh Macrina bakery baguette… hallowed out and layered with aioli, pepper jack and our Italian sausage then smoked and crisped on the flat top. Then it’s topped with chimichurri and griddled peppers and onions. Available at 1pm in limited quantities. See you tomorrow!

A 16oz prime NY Strip, smoked then seared to medium rare perfection with chimichurri, super crispy fries tossed with Grana Padano, whole cloves of confit garlic and parsley with a chive aioli for dipping! Some amazing sauces available in both shops!
If you haven’t tried Haxan sauces they are wonderful on pretty much anything! Very balanced and the Cherry Bomb is in my top 5 hot sauces, hands down. So come give it a try!
