Many of you have noticed we’ve had a few unexpected closures lately. The reason? This major hood and ventilation project.
What looks like a shiny new hood is actually months of planning, permits, electrical, gas, fire suppression, roofing, and installation work to help us take The Meat Bar to the next level. The good news? We’re getting close!
Once complete, we’ll be introducing fresh-pressed house-made burgers grilled to order, new salads like our wedge salad, charbroiled favorites, and more exciting menu additions.
