Update: due to the weather, we will be closing up at 4 today.
If you are looking for tomatoes, peppers or dahlia tubers- please message us!

Tomorrow's the day...despite the crazy spring weather.
We will be offering assorted Dahlia tubers (all labelled and sprouting, $5 each), plus our excess tomato and pepper seedlings (all $3 each or 4/$10).

We have a few of each of 20 varieties of slicers, heirlooms, cherries, grape, and sauce/paste tomatoes and 14 varieties of peppers.

It's almost time for our annual excess seedling and Dahlia tuber sale! Because I can never cull a seedling that wants to live :), we always have a few extras. This year we planted 35 different varieties of tomatoes and 14 types of peppers. All starts are $3 each or 4/$10.

We also divided close to 250 clumps of Dahlias last fall and we are offering our excess tubers that we don't have room to plant this year. All have eyes and are starting to sprout!

We made it through one long, brutal winter 🌱

Behind the scenes, things are already growing! This season we’ve started 24 varieties of tomatoes and 17 varieties of peppers, along with a full lineup of flowers we can’t wait to share with you.

As we get ready for the 2026 flower season, we would love your input! Whether you've purchased from us before or hope to in the future, your feedback helps shape what we grow and offer. It's only 5 questions + space for comments and shouldn't take more than 2 minutes!

If the next few weeks goes as planned, we’ll have extra veggie seedlings and dahlia tubers available for sale on Saturday, May 9 from 10am–6pm. More details to come as we get closer to May.

Spring is coming… we promise 🌸

We wanted to take a minute to thank everyone who made 2025 such an amazing year for us. Through our farm stand, we have been able to reconnect with old friends and meet so many new and supportive neighbors from our community and beyond.
Whether you bought seedlings in the spring, visited at the Norfolk Farmers Market or the Massachusetts Cactus and Succulent festival, or came to our farm truck Friday's for flowers, veggies, eggs, and honey, we appreciate all of your support!

This year we expanded our flower growing area which allowed us to branch out and help community members with a few small scale event bouquets. With help from our friends at Hidden Pond Farm we even supplemented a bride to be's DIY bridal flower needs, a local salon with bunches to thank long term clients and staff, and were able to donate extra stems to the Norfolk Senior Center.

Over the past two years of this gardening journey, we've met some amazing people. A big thanks to Tracy Firth who generously offered garden space for our pumpkins and Sunflowers (plus allowing us to snag flowers whenever we were short :) and who has become a great friend, to Kim Morin Weineck who came for flowers and ended up doing a 2 part youtube Dahlia Garden painting class, capturing our summer of 2025 beautifully. Her painting will always bring me joy! And to our "regulars" who show up most every Friday to get their fresh fix, we thank you. This is a labor of love and your support makes it possible.
Our goal has always been to share the beauty of our fresh flowers and farm produce. We look forward to the summer of 2026 which will be here before you know it... seedling planting starts next month!

To every season ...
A big thank you to our amazing community. Your support for our flower farming and gardening adventures at Four B's Farmstead the past few years has been incredible.
Despite our efforts, we found a pretty significant freeze of most of our plants this morning...so until we can fully assess if any plants bounce back, we won't have the mini truck out today. Please check back for updates, just in case we have a flower miracle :)

Our flowers are travelling in style today!

HI All,
We are still swimming in Dahlias and will have the mini truck out tomorrow with a ton of 5 stem wrapped bunches ($10)!
We are closely watching the weather forecast for the end of the week, and with potential frost in the forecast our Dahlias are on precious limited time. If we do not get a frost, the truck will also be out with our "to-go" cup bouquets and more Dahlia bunches on Friday 10/10. Please check back later in the week for updates!

5 pm Update- last bunches just sold. Emily Bakinowski and her Jimmy Fund Walk Team thank you for your donations!

All that rain made our dahlias very happy! Pop up flower sale (5 stem Dahlia bunches $10) with all proceeds going to the Dana Farber/Boston Childrens Pediatric Stem Cell Transplant Program's Jimmy Fund Walk Team.

Hi Folks!
The Norfolk Farmers' Market is a GO! We are drowning in Dahlias and would love to share their beauty with you to brighten up this gloomy day! Will will have end of season tomatoes and peppers and our own local honey ! Hope to see you on town hill 3-630 pm

12Noon update- Flowers sold out

It's another Farm truck Friday and the mini will be out tomorrow (Fri 9/19)
From 10am- 630 pm
We will have tomatoes, peppers, honey, and our beautiful Dahlia and zinnia " to go" cup bouquets and wrapped 5 stem dahlia bunches.
As summer wains, the produce may be winding down, but the flowers are going strong!
As always- honor system cash or venmo. Just honk if you need assistance and we will come right down :)
