Friday with Fred – Your Weekend Update coming in with a little Young, wild and free on the tunes. For the record I am none of those!
The fish are fresh. The meats are stocked. The pasta is made.
Your excuse for not cooking something great this weekend is getting pretty thin.
This week’s highlights include Bangs Island mussels, Copper River sockeye salmon, and soft-shell crabs. In other words, we’ve done our part. The rest is up to you. Stop in and grab what you need before everyone else has the same idea.

FRIDAY WITH FRED & your 🌧️ weekend update!
Holy 💩…both cases are absolutely LOADED this weekend — oysters, meat, fish…we’ve got the whole squad ready to party.
A few things making noise in the case today:
• Bone-in pork chops from Chickering Farm up in New Hampshire
• Louisiana crawfish tails
• Fresh red grouper
• Mahi mahi
• Local squid
• Bluefish
• Soft shell crabs
• Local monkfish
• King salmon
…and honestly that’s just scratching the surface.
Rainy weekend ahead? Perfect. Get your tails in here, grab dinner, and let us do the heavy lifting while we crank up some Milli Vanilli and “Blame It On The Rain” like it’s 1989 and nobody’s asking questions.

First off, we want to thank all those who serve and especially those who made the ultimate sacrifice. Wishing everyone a safe and meaningful Memorial Day weekend.

Now… sorry for the long video but we’ve got some REALLY amazing new things at the market and we couldn’t help ourselves.

The fish is stocked, the meat case is loaded, and the oysters are ready to party all weekend long. Whether you’re firing up the grill, heading to a cookout, or just treating yourself because you deserve it… we’ve got you covered.

FRIDAY WITH FRED & your weekend update!
An ABSOLUTE gorgeous weekend ahead of us and the case here at FISH is looking downright dangerous.
FIRST TIME IN THE CASE… fresh Montauk head-on shrimp!
Sweet, buttery, briny and packed with that true ocean flavor you only get from super fresh shrimp. Leaving the heads on keeps all that rich flavor locked in, making them absolutely perfect for the grill, roasting, or a quick pan sear with a little garlic and olive oil. These are the kind of shrimp that make you stop mid-bite and go “holy sh*t.”
And while we’re at it…

Bow down. The most legendary salmon in the sea just hit the case. Rich, buttery, melt-in-your-mouth King Salmon that makes regular salmon look like it needs more seasoning and therapy. Grill it, blacken it, cedar plank it… just don’t overcook it and embarrass yourself.

Friday with Fred and your Mother’s Day Weekend Update!
The case is STACKED for all the special moms out there. Beautiful fresh fish, premium meats, fresh pastas from Durum, and everything you need to pretend you’ve had Mother’s Day dinner planned for weeks.
We’ve also got your new reusable canvas bags ready to go, because nothing says “I appreciate everything you’ve done for me” quite like showing up with a properly packed seafood feast.
Cook mom something amazing this Sunday. Because if dinner’s bad, don’t be shocked if she suddenly “forgets” your birthday this year… or brings up the time you stressed her out in 2009 right in the middle of dessert.
