First off, we want to thank all those who serve and especially those who made the ultimate sacrifice. Wishing everyone a safe and meaningful Memorial Day weekend.

Now… sorry for the long video but we’ve got some REALLY amazing new things at the market and we couldn’t help ourselves.

FRIDAY WITH FRED & your weekend update!
An ABSOLUTE gorgeous weekend ahead of us and the case here at FISH is looking downright dangerous.
FIRST TIME IN THE CASE… fresh Montauk head-on shrimp!
Sweet, buttery, briny and packed with that true ocean flavor you only get from super fresh shrimp. Leaving the heads on keeps all that rich flavor locked in, making them absolutely perfect for the grill, roasting, or a quick pan sear with a little garlic and olive oil. Bow down. The most legendary salmon in the sea just hit the case. Rich, buttery, melt-in-your-mouth King Salmon that makes regular salmon look like it needs more seasoning and therapy. Grill it, blacken it, cedar plank it… just don’t overcook it and embarrass yourself.

Friday with Fred and your weekend update. And yeah, the case is STACKED.
We’re talkin’ soft shell crabs, razor clams, local skate, cod cheeks, whole snapper, golden tilefish… plus MEATS, OYSTERS, and plenty more where that came from. Basically, if it swims, crawls, or grazes—it showed up looking really good today.

Croque Madame on a Monday morning…because why not…and my CPA was hungry

Took a little inspiration from and leveled it up with some unreal smoked ham from . Crispy, cheesy, rich—with that runny egg putting it over the top.

Definitely making this again, but I’m going down the rabbit hole on variations next.
