Steps towards a healthy digestion.
1. After eating protein foods (meat, fish, eggs, dairy products, mushrooms) is not drinking fluids (especially sweet). Because of this diluted gastric juice, which in turn hinders the digestion of food.
2. Do not eat proteins and carbohydrates together. For the digestion of proteins need an acidic environment, and carbohydrates - alkaline. The stomach can not be so fast to switch, and by eating and that, and another, the food is not digested until the end. Protein foods may begin to rot in the stomach and starts to ferment the carbohydrate.
3. After the use of significant amounts of carbohydrate foods you can not eat for two - three hours. It is necessary to assimilate food.
4. Do not eat fruit after a meal. Fruits should be a separate meal (preferably breakfast or snack), or they must be consumed at the beginning of the meal.
5. Do not eat sweets after the main food, especially protein.
