Recipe that comes together in minutes especially if you use a ready made Shawarma blend.

Ingredients :

4 pcs white flesh fish fillets (such as cod, turbot, nile perch, tilapia
1 onion thinly sliced
1/2 c oil
3 Tbsp shawarma spice

Toppings
-Hummus
-Pickles
-Lettuce
-Laffa/Pita
-Israeli Salad
-Cabbage salad
-Fried eggplants

Cut the fish fillets into strips. Place the strips in a bowl. Put in sliced onions.
Add the oil and Shawarma blend. Let it marinate in the fridge for 30 min.
Heat up 2 Tbsp oil in a frying pan. Add the fish and onions. Mix the fish gently so all sides are cooked. (Cooking time about 15 min on medium/high)

Serve on a laffa with your favorite toppings.
