Last night Agata (with some assistance from Valentina) hosted a Sicilian cooking demonstration for their neighbors. Fun fact, they live just a few houses away from each other! On the menu was pasta with pistachio pesto, capered lemon sole, topped with Agata’s delicious freshly seasoned breadcrumbs and lemon and finally her famous zucchine infornate that we sell at both our locations! It was a lovely night of great food and great neighbors!
