Step two to becoming Italian: NEVER order a cappuccino in the afternoon! 😅

Italy’s secret protein: the lupini bean! Fueling Italians since Ancient Roman times and now, fueling you.

Our delicious pizza crust is crafted with lupini bean flour for a naturally high-protein, high-fiber, low-glycemic base 🤌

Thank you to everyone who came out for the premiere of PIZZAMAN and kept the party going with us afterward at Audo.

To our friends, partners, collaborators, and everyone who’s believed in this wild idea from the beginning: grazie mille!

The results are in... and they are shocking. 🍕📉

I ate pizza every day for 100 days while training for an Ironman 70.3 and tracking more than 150+ biomarkers to test what Loopini pizza does to the human body long-term.

Six months ago, I announced the beginning of the Loopini Challenge. Then... total radio silence. No race recap. No biomarker data.

A lot of you thought I quit. A friend was convinced I failed.

The truth? We didn’t post because we were working on something much bigger. We hired a film crew, flew to Lima, Peru, and captured every single moment of the blood, sweat, tears, and fainting spells.

I’m incredibly proud to announce the official trailer and release date for our documentary:

🎬 The Loopini Challenge: PIZZAMAN 🎬
100 days. 100 pizzas. 70.3 miles.

To prove that delusional thinking makes the impossible real.

📅 When: June 27th, 2026
📍 Where: Tribeca Screening Room, NYC

Theater seating is strictly limited, but we are hosting an after-party immediately following the screening where we can accommodate everyone!
