Have we got a fun one for y’all today! Toddy from Plan Bee Farm Brewery is a wild ale brewed with honey and lemon verbena and then aged in whiskey barrels.

A happy to everyone near and far!
This week’s selection for our celebration of all things funk is Saison Ardennes from Bruery Terreux. Saison Ardennes is a wonderful interpretation of a traditional saison with beautiful notes of spice and flowers on the nose. The carbonation is quite active, making this beer a perfect pairing for heavier dishes.

But our favorite part about this beer relates to the brewing process itself. The beer is fermented and matured in oak foeders prior to bottle conditioning with some wild yeast. All of this adds up to one thing - an incredibly complex, layered and rustic beer that we would happily sip on all evening long. In stock today at our Westfield World Trade Center location!

It’s been a minute since we’ve had anything from Seattle brewery Urban Family Brewing Company. So we are pretty understandably stoked to have Clouds of Pale Gold gracing the shelves at our Westfield World Trade Center location.

Clouds of Pale Gold is a saison fermented with dandelion flowers, dandelion greens and Meyer lemon. Imagine walking through a field of wildflowers at daybreak. Now imagine you can drink that.
