Reducing food waste, one delicious meal at a time! ๐ These colorful kabobs are the perfect way to create a flavorful feast from leftover meat and veggies.
Ingredients:
๐ฅฉ Cooked steak, chicken, sausage, or any leftover meat, cubed
๐ซ Leftover vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms)
๐ซ Olive oil
๐ฟ Your favorite herbs and spices (rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, salt, pepper)
Instructions:
1. Thread the cubed meat and vegetables onto skewers.
2. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs and spices.
3. Grill or bake at 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) for 10 minutes, or until heated through and slightly charred.
