Harvested from the cold Atlantic waters of Galicia and preserved simply in natural brine. Silky, creamy, intensely briny and one of our absolute favorite things from the sea.

Just sea urchin roe, water and sea salt. Nothing else.

Eat it straight from the tin, spoon it over toast, or fold it into pasta.
