Lata recipes 🐟✨

Today’s idea starts with one great tin.

Fangst Faroe Islands Salmon — flash grilled and preserved in cold-pressed oil — is clean, delicate, and gently smoky. Beautiful straight from the tin, and even better as the foundation of a simple, elevated bowl.

Here’s the build:
Start with warm farro, quinoa, or brown rice. Add roasted or sautéed seasonal vegetables (zucchini, carrots, asparagus all work), plus fresh cherry tomatoes and sliced cucumber for brightness and crunch. Gently flake the salmon over the top, keeping those beautiful pieces intact, and drizzle a little of the fragrant oil from the tin for extra depth.

Finish with a quick dill yogurt — Greek yogurt, fresh dill, lemon juice, zest, salt, and pepper — spooned generously over everything. A few fresh herbs to finish and you’re done.
