All Local grain fed animals, specialties include Homemade Hot dogs (plain, cheese and jalapeno and cheese), Beef Sticks, Hillbillly Jerkey, Ring Bologna and Keilbasa!

No bacon, hot dogs, sticks of any flavor, jerky, or landjagers. We will be making products throughout the week but no guarantees when we will get time.

It is with heavy hearts that we have come to the decision to close our doors and retire.

Over the last 40+ years our business has grown more than we’ve ever imagined. New products, new technology - We’ve won countless awards around around the country/world with our products, and more recently survived a pandemic.

It wouldn’t have been possible without the support of our family, employees, and you - our loyal customers!

Our last day will be July 8th from 8-5pm, we will do our very best to keep up with products, but anticipate we will run out as the end nears.

We cannot Thank you again for all of your support of a small family run business throughout all the years!
