Some time ago we figured out that the best way to get the farmhouse cheeses we go crazy for was to find the individuals as enthusiastic about making them as we are about selling them. We’ve built an international network of cheese makers and affineurs who hook us up with the artisan and farmhouse cheeses not found in other shops. What to Expect
Operating on the premise that cheese should be fun, we try to make each visit to our shop unique and unforgettable. It is a playground for the cheese rookie, the rind-sniffing expert, and the curd curious. St James cheesemongers and guests are encouraged to try every cheese, every day, to ensure that each cheese is being offered at its peak.

We are open until 6 tonight for all of your New Years Eve grazing needs! Want to know what cheese goes with the Stranger Things finale? I bet one of our mongers knows. Lots of Altima caviar, ooey gooey spruce wrapped cheeses, triple creams, Raclette, Alpines…and then the cheese meats and pates!
We will be closed on New Year’s Day for testing, but our downtown shop will be open 10-3 for pre-Sugar Bowl brunch specials and our regular menu.

We are open until 6 today for your New Years celebration needs! Well stocked in Altima caviar, triple creme cheeses, Raclette, ooey gooey Rush Creek Reseve & Vacherin, and more! Uptown location closed in New Yeras Day. Our Downtown location will be open New Yeras Day from 10-3 with brunch specials and our regular menu for pre- Sugar Bowl sustenance!
