Hoesly's Meats Family-owned specialty butcher shop located in New Glarus, Wisconsin. Hoesly's Meats was established in May of 1983 by Dennis and Lillian Hoesly.

They are now joined by their children, Dusten and Devon. Through the years we have been supplying our Swiss sausage and brats at local restaurants and festivals and have enjoyed being a part of the Swiss culture that you can find in New Glarus. We are a member of the Wisconsin Association of Meat Processors and at our annual conventions we have won Awards for our Braunschweiger, Jerky, Swiss Mushr

oom Brat, Smoked Brat and won 1st place Grand Champion on our Old Fashion Wieners in 2010. We offer a large selection of Swiss-Style Sausage and Brats fresh from our retail case or frozen in our freezers ready to travel home with you! Some of the products we offer:
Honey Wieners, Cheese Wieners, Skinless Wieners, Farmer Bologna, Fine Bologna, Landjagers, Jerky, Kalberwurst, Summer Sausage, Schubling, Cervala, Cooked Pork Brats, Italian Brats, Potato Brats, Beer Brats, Cajun Brats, Pizza Brats, Jalapeno Brats, Tailgater Brats, Swiss & Mushroom Brats, Philly Cheese Brats, Veal Brats and Smoked Brats. Our Deli offers Ribeyes, T-Bones, Porterhouse, New Yorks, Sirloin, Pork Chops, Country Style Ribs.
