Sorry about the misunderstanding. We did not move nor is DBG in business any longer. I keep this th page open for those whose emails I may not have. I do private chef work and catering, so periodically I will post special offers and updates. I made extra tuna and chicken for a lunch I did today so I posted here for customer's that might be interested. This offer was just for today only and all was gone by 6pm. Just a reminder to those whose emails I do not have, this Sunday is the last day to order macaroons! If you'd like to place an order, private message me w/ your phone number and I will contact you. Besides dark, milk, and white chocolate dipped macaroons... we also have 2 new flavors- tres leches w/ salted caramel drizzle and raspberry and white chocolate drizzle! All orders are to be picked up tuesday or wednesday at an assigned time and location tbd. DBG is no longer open or operating as a business but last year I had many requests for my macaroons before the holiday so I decided to offer them this year!

Dearest Customers,

After 21 years of having the privilege to cook for you, I have decided to close Drop by Gourmet and this chapter of my life. I have enjoyed my time here sharing my passion for food with you. We have had an amazing run! At least up to the past three years of this agonizing construction, which has been extremely tough on ALL of the businesses in downtown New City.

For over two decades, Drop by Gourmet has been privileged to serve the community in unique ways. We have been blessed by the support of the community in return. Thanks to you, we were the venue of choice for all kinds of celebrations large and small. Friends were made, lives were shared, and life became fuller and richer because of it.

There are simply too many people to thank and so many incredible experiences to recount. I am grateful to my amazing, loyal and extremely gifted staff, my very crafty late father- who hooked up the shop from the floors to ceiling and everything in between, my mom who has been my number one supporter and for putting up with me, the incredible support of my church-NYCCOC Hudson Valley, and the unbelievable support of my friends who have cheered me on and encouraged me every step of the way. But most importantly, I would like to thank you, my loyal, supportive, and most appreciative customers for eating lunch and dinner at DBG, and for trusting us with all your catering needs and filling the bellies of your loved ones all year round.

I look forward to seeing what God has in store for me in the future. So this is farewell. You will not be forgotten. Thank you for being part of an incredible journey! Best wishes to you all!!
