Koepp Quality Processing KQP is a family owned business, we offer deer processing, taxidermy, meat market, & misc. items. Koepp Quality Processing located in New Braunfels.

We make sausage the old fashion way and make it just like grandpa made it. We can make just about whatever you want from sausage, jerky, salami, steaks, ect. We also guarantee that you will get back what you bring in. We handle all the meat as if it was our own to insure a great quality. We also offer an on sight taxidermy for all your taxidermy needs. We are a one stop shop place, we want to make it as easy on our customers as we can by offering the more important two places after you get that trophy whitetail or doe. We can also handle all exotics for both.

Alright yall this is our last big run of preorder ground beef boxes before deer season starts!!!

So here we go…….

10 pound vacuum sealed ground beef just like the picture, with a 10/15 % fat ratio.

The preorder will be open until Sunday October 25th, we will start working on the boxes the week of October 26th. THESE BOXES MUST BE PICKED UP BEFORE NOVEMBER 6th. We can’t have them in the freezer with deer season starting. You will have over a week for pickup.
