Been awhile since posting but its been busy with planting. Alot of greenhouse transplants going into the ground the past week. Summer squash, eggplant, cucumbers, romas/slicers/cherry tomatoes, almost finished with all the peppers. Next step onto the watermelon and cantaloupe. Red and gold beets are looking good. Lettuce and spinach and radishes hopefully soon. Heavy rain this spring didnt do any favors for the early seeding. Alot of re-seeding. Cole crops could use a good rain along with the onions. Its pretty dry at the moment for getting crops growing and seeds to sprout. Will post some more updates with crops as we keep going along. Thanks everyone!

Happy Easter everyone. The greenhouse is getting filled up so wanted to do an update. Onions have been trimmed back once already. Hopefully in a few weeks will be getting them transplanted into the ground. First round of cole crops are looking great along with some red & golden beets and lettuce. Hopefully once we dry out we can get them in the ground. Tomatoes are about a week out from going into our other high tunnel / greenhouse. Feild ones should be getting seeded in a week or two. First seeding of peppers are all wrapped up. Roughly 8,000 pepper plants between the different varieties. We are looking forward to some warmer & dry weather hopefully going ahead. Thank you again for all the support. It wouldn't be possible without all of you helping us pull through last season! We are really looking forward to a great 2026 season!

Hey y'all! We hope everyone is well!
Although we have been enjoying some time off, as you saw from our last post we have already been gearing up for the 2026 season. Our goal is to keep you guys updated on all the farm happens so you can be as excited for our opening day as we are!

One of the incredible opportunities we have had recently was to be featured in the New Berlin Neighbors magazine for February. We are incredibly grateful for this opportunity and for the continued support of the community.

We can't wait to make this year memorable and we are so lucky to be a part of such an outstanding community ❤️

First sign of warmer weather ahead. Greenhouse is up and going for the 2026 season. Onions are the very first crops to make an appearance. Soon will be are first planting of cole crops ( kale, kolhrabi, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage) getting seeded next. With much more to come. Looking forward to be able to provide fresh produce to everyone this season. We are planing at doing 2 sunflower patches to have a longer season with them available. Pumpkins we are looking forward to this year as well, also having a corn maze back for the 2026 season. Thank you everyone for the support last season! It helped us continue to move forward and be able to continue on for this upcoming season. We couldn't have done it without everyone!

Side note - some feedback ideas

We are thinking of doing some you pick produce
- what crops would you like to see?
Thinking(tomatoes, pepper, peas, beans. possibly)

What other crops would you like to see or what is a favorite we already grow?

If we had to add one new farm animal this season what would you like it to be?
-Currently have (cows, pigs, goats, donkey, chickens)

Its a new year on the farm and Farmer Tanya birthday today! I can't thank her enough for the support with the farm and with our crazy life's, especially with little melody growing bigger every day (shes so close to walking). I couldn't have asked for a better wife and person to join along in the journey with re building and expanding her family farm together. Hope you have an awesome birthday Tanya, love farmer Landon.

Thanks everyone for the support this last season, will have some farm updates soon! Really looking forward to this upcoming season.

Please consider supporting this family/small businesses during this time! Our prayers are with them ❤️

Please show your support to the Oschmann family by visiting their sister restaurant, Milk Can Hamburgers & Frozen Custard, located at S73W16770 W Janesville Rd, Muskego, WI.

A fire that consumed Bass Bay Brewhouse in Muskego destroyed more than just a restaurant — it took away a family's home just weeks before the holidays. Read more at the link in the comments.
