Looking like a beautiful weekend to grill, get caught up on yard work or just kick back and relax. Whatever your gamelan is this weekend we got you covered on the meal/snack side. Yesterday we made a double batch of beef and pork jerky along with some fresh snack sticks. Pair that with fresh bologna and summer sausage we made earlier this week and you are set on the snack side.

As for meals, we have a variety of brats, pork steaks or chops, fresh cut porterhouse or t-bones or the crown jewel of USDA Prime ribeye (SALE $19.99/lb) 😍

*** FRESH SUMMER SAUSAGE ***

I just pulled out 350 lbs of fresh summer sausage, Regular, Bacon Cheddar and Jalapeño Bacon Cheddar are the flavors this go around. With July 4th right around the corner, nothing says America 🇺🇸 like sprinkling Bacon on top of or into everything! It’s too hot to slice but we can cut you chunks. Stop on in and get some for now and get some for the 4th. It freezes great!

PS - For those Garlic Summer Sausage lovers, I will make some of that when I get the big casings again.

USDA Prime Ribeye - The best of the best! While loins are about 16-20 lbs for $16.99/lb 🤯 The steaks out of counter are cut at an inch and are about a lb each. They are $19.99/lb.

USDA Prime Sirloin - Leaner cut with lots of flavor. Whole loins are about 12-15 for $10.99/lb or out of the counter $12.99/lb.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Brats!

We made a brat that I’ve had lots of requests for, we experimented and they are damn tasty 😋 Boneless skinless breasts and thighs, Bacon ends, Bacon crumbles and ranch powder. These are fully cooked and ready for you to enjoy. We also made a spicy variety too with some jalapeño flakes and ground peppers.

June 6, 1944 — D-Day.

They didn’t hesitate. They didn’t back down.

They charged straight into gunfire, chaos, and near-certain death—because freedom was worth it.

Thousands never made it off those beaches… but because of them, the world did.

Just this week, I had the honor of meeting a World War II veteran who stopped in to pick up some kupfwurst. At over 100 years old, there are so few of them left. To shake his hand and spend even a few moments talking with him was something I won’t forget.

Today—and every day—we salute 🫡 the greatest generation this world has ever known… especially the brave men who stormed those beaches on D-Day.
