Welcome to Deep South Market - New Albany. We are excited to be coming to a growing area that fits in well with our business model.
I've recieved many questions, so I thought I would answer as many as I can to our initial followers.
Deep South Market (previously TBT Butcher Shop and Seafood Market) has several different shops across the State. For the meat lovers, we specialize in premium quality meats, Steaks, and pork. With our Coastal influence, we also offer fresh Seafood that is as local as local can get. If you need something we don't have in stock odds are we can have it for you within a day or two.
Initially, we will be open from 10:00-6:00 to get the train rolling. As we bring staff up to speed, tweak the kitchen process, and get all the ergonomics in place, we'll scale the hours to a dinner menu.
The bar is being removed for more seating and self serve. We will offer bottled beer (domestic, import, and craft).
I look forward to meeting everyone and doing our best to be the go-to place for whatever you may need.
