Natick Center Farmers' Market features fresh fish, organic meats, fruits, vegetables, baked goods, including gluten free, cheese, coffee, and a variety of value added products such as dips, marinades, sauces, granola, pasta and chocolates. All products are grown or processed by the vendor. The market is designed to support local farmers and emerging food businesses in order to promote healthy eating.

It may not feel like summer yet but on June 13th, there will be 15 local authors at the market with a wonderful selection for your Beach Days reading. We have so many talented people in Natick... and you can meet some of them, every week, at the market!

Please remember that the market goes on no matter the weather. Each vendor makes their own decision but there will be a market. Since we are a hardy group...please come by and welcome Craic Sauce to the market so my bragging about our great customers is confirmed.

Hello all you crafters in Natick and beyond... I am over booked for the rest of the season. In fact, I tend to be booked months ahead of each season. If you want to attend the market, I am taking names for the winter market, which begins November 7. If you want to be in next summer's market, email me in January and ask to be put on the list for future scheduling. Thank you for understanding.

Just a note so you can plan ahead..it will be Beach Reads Day at the farmers market on June 13th. There will be several local authors with their books and their stories about how and why they became authors. If you have a budding writer in the family, bring them down to talk to real authors!

I forgot to also remind you that Nutty Bird will be back at the market... and that both Foppama and Kelly Homestead will have honey (we still miss Tony!) and for honey in a different form, check out Blisspoint Mead.

More sauce! This week Craic Sauce will join us, once a month, with their selection of products to add some punch to your meals. Sa's Homemade will also be there so there will be no reason to have a dull meal all summer. I'm picking up some peach and some mild to go to Nashville, because moving doesn't stop the craving. Balimarle will also be there...the stars must be telling us to spice up our lives!!For planning, Craic will here next on June 27, Sa's on June 6 and Balimarle on June 20. The Bone Sauce will be at the market every week. For your appetizer, Doos PK will have his vegetarian delight....(if he doesn't go sky diving instead). Also new, Salty Mamina will have some blends for those grilling needs without sauce. and Chocolate Pur, Celes and Q's Nuts will have nibbles for anytime. Solstice Small Batch fresh pasta will be near Foppama Farm, Rick and Jesse are buddies). Check the weekly list of attendees at natickfarmersmarket.org (Thank you John)

Another reminder, for some of my guest vendors...do not park on Park St. to unload. The meter bags say Assigned Vendors only, that means I personally assigned them a space. "I'll only be a minute" will not work. The farms and meat vendors need to be able to park in their space so the street is not blocked. Thank you for your understanding.

Just a gentle reminder that Smith's Country Cheese will be at the market tomorrow...and then not for several more weeks,You will need the cheese for your crackers on the deck with the libations you also bought at the market!
