Although summer has officially begun today, us Mississippians have been soaking up the rays of the sun for the past month. With summer fun comes summer celebrations. What's next up on our agenda? The 4th of July! We will be open on Wednesday, July 3rd, and closed that Thursday, July 4th. Come on down and gather your favorite meats to barbecue while supplies last!

We here at Passbachs hope everyone has had a great spring. As we roll into a new summer we encourage everyone to get their grills fired up and ready to go for some Passbachs garlic sausage! With this new season comes new hours. Effective May 1st we will now be open Monday through Tuesday and Thursday through Friday. We will be closed on Wednesdays. Our hours of operation remain the same. We open at 8:00, close from 11:00-12:00 for lunch, and close for the day at 4:00.

We hope everyone in the Mis-Lou is having a wonderful spring. Amidst rejoicing the new life the season brings, we also take the time to honor those who laid down their lives for our country. We will be closed May 29th for Memorial day, and will be reopening Tuesday, May 30th.

Welcome to the official page for Passbach Meats. We're delighted to welcome all of our customers to a page where we'll be sharing useful information about our business. Here we'll update prices regularly as they fluctuate, post menu updates as they come, and inform everyone about any specials we may run.

It's been brought to our attention that there's a rumor going around that we're shutting down. We're pleased to say that these rumors are, in fact, false! Passbachs has been in operation for many years, and will continue to be for many more.
