Whitetail Deer Processing & Taxidermy Owner: Sandy Gaither. She has a Taxidermy business and we do deer processing as a family. We love what we do and have lots of fun doing it. Hours 8am-6pm.

Family owned business: Deer Processing. Your choice of cuts include steaks, roasts, stew meat, jerky, breakfast sausage and summer sausage. We offer tenderizing and double wrapping. Hello, Hunters! Deer season is slowly approaching so we are wanting to let everyone know that with the passing of Calvin we have decided to close Whitetail Deer Processing. I've decided to sell this place in a year or so and down size. I will continue to do all taxidermy work until its caught up and complete. If there is any taxidermy questions, please call me. 812 320-9050. Thank you all for your patience & understanding with that.

It has been a pleasure to serve all of you these many years. The friendships and stories are something we will never forget. We thoroughly appreciate all of your business. It's with a heavy heart that we want to let all of our family & friends know that Calvin passed away peacefully this morning, at home with his loved ones by his side. He was a big part of what made us a place our hunters enjoyed coming to....for the talks, laughs, and good Ole boy fun. To all the hunters, you meant a great deal to him and he thanks you for your friendship and stories. We will post service information once it's finalized.

We will be closed this evening, Tuesday October 3rd and Wednesday October 4th. Calvin's mother has passed away and we will be with family as we lay her to rest. We will not be answering phone calls during this time. Thanks for understanding!

Hello, Hunters! We're sorry to have to make this post....but starting Monday, we will be open for pickups only. NO longer accepting deer this season. Illnesses have left us understaffed. Texts will go out once your meat or summer sausage is finished. Hope everyone has a happy & safe holiday season! Thanks!
