A cozy Italian recipe made for fall. 🍂

Creamy polenta, rich porcini mushrooms, and Parmigiano Reggiano come together for a comforting dinner made with Italian pantry staples you can find at Ambrosi & Sons.

Ingredients:
✔️ Casina Rossa Pasta Sauce with Porcini Mushrooms 500g
✔️ 1 oz Dried Porcini Mushrooms
✔️ Polenta
✔️ Freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano
✔️ 2 tbsp butter
✔️ Extra virgin olive oil
✔️ Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:
Prepare the polenta according to package directions until smooth and creamy. Stir in butter and freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano, then season with salt and black pepper. Warm the Casina Rossa Porcini Mushroom Sauce over low heat and spoon generously over the polenta. Finish with more Parmigiano Reggiano and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Serve immediately and enjoy.
