The store was founded over 45 years ago by 1st generation German immigrant Franz Zoeller and it is owned today by Benjamin and Lidia. The Deli Has the famous meat deli that use the original German recipes, made from prime quality meat and all natural spices.

​Please join us in giving a huge, warm welcome to Abigail, the newest addition to our German deli team!

We are absolutely thrilled to have her smiling face behind the counter serving up your favorites.

​As you can see in the photo, Abigail is already showing off the goods.
We just pulled a freshly baked German meatloaf right out of the oven!
It is incredibly juicy, packed with tasty, authentic flavor, and waiting just for you.

​There is plenty of time in the day left, so head on down.

Come by, say hi to Abigail, and treat yourself to some comforting, hot meatloaf before we close up shop today at 5 PM.

We sold out yesterday, so we worked extra hard today to make a fresh small batch — juicy, handmade, and smoked to perfection.

This morning we shared the raw mixture and asked what you thought we were making. A few of you guessed correctly — well spotted! 👏

They are perfect for the weekend grill or forany other occasion!

Authentic Landjäger is our specialty! 🌲

​Look at that beautiful pile of fresh Landjäger in the picture!

Master Benny and apprentice Dimitri just finished up this latest batch 🙌

​As far as we know, we are the only German deli in the Treasure Valley—and honestly, maybe the entire Pacific Northwest—making authentic Landjäger completely in-house from scratch.

​We don't cut corners. These traditional German hunter's sausages are pressed into their classic square shape, spiced perfectly, smoked, and air-dried until they have that perfect, satisfying snap.
They are the ultimate high-protein snack for hiking, camping, or just pairing with a cold drink.

​Because we make them by hand in small, artisanal batches, they never last long on the shelves.
