Lunch today isn’t disappointing!! Those pintos from Sides Pea Farm looked too dang good— I had to make some! Local onion, peppers, and yellow tomato from a customer that brought some in to share!

If you want to try some— I’m happy to let you try them and give you the easy no fuss, less than an hour cook time pintos recipe!
