We have some local, Jay County cattle coming in next Friday, 6/5 to be processed. The price for a half is $5.09/lb and a half of half (split quarter) is $5.19/lb on the hanging weight. This includes your standard processing and packaging. There could be come additional charges- if you choose to have patties made ($1/lb- 10 lb minimum), tenderizing, etc.... for more information or to place an order with your custom cutting instructions, please call Portland at 260-726-7355 or Pennville at 260-731-3221.

The beef are still walking, so we don't have hanging weights yet. A half usually averages around 400 and a quarter 200 lbs on the hanging weight. Thank you!

Good morning! We hope everyone enjoyed a beautiful Memorial Day! Here's our ad for the week. We get a lot of questions on what quarterloin chops are. It's roughly a 1/4 of a bone in pork loin. We cut 2 from the shoulder (not the prettiest looking cchops--but my favorite), 2 centers, and 2 from the sirloin end and sell them on sheets of 6. You do have to purchase all 6 chops, but we can package them however you would like. Thank you & have a great one :)
