Mt Washington Farmers Market We are located at 300 Snapp St. 40047, & operate from June to Sept. In 2024, we were voted #1 in the Nation by American Farmland Trust.

Hosting 55 vendors Tues. 4pm-7pm & Sat. 8am-12pm who offer locally raised meats, eggs, dairy, produce, etc. A local Farmers Market designed to offer you locally grown produce and KY made products. It was set up and supported by your Family & Consumer Science agent, Ruth Chowning and the Bullitt County Cooperative Extension Service. Our market follows the KY Department of Agriculture Farmer's Market guidelines. For more information, contact your Extension office at 543-2257.

The City of Mt. Washington has been reviewing the responses from the Mt. Washington Small Business Association survey that was shared last week, and one thing became very clear.. many local businesses didn’t know the Small Business Association existed or were not receiving emails, updates, meeting notifications, or information about opportunities available to them.

We want to change that.

Our local businesses are incredibly important to our community, and we want to make sure communication, support, and opportunities are reaching everyone effectively.
