I have been so damn busy lately. I just needed to take tonight and stop....and cook. Did wings. Bindered them with Dukes mayo and seasoned them with 2 Gringos Chupacabra Mango Chipotle. Whipped out the Weber, grabbed my burn bags and my Tennessee Cooking Wood Wild cherry and set to the task. Threw the wings on and then made a sauce of garlic, Jack Daniel's Honey Whiskey and Burnana and tossed that on too to cook down and get a bit of smoke. Seasoned the burgers with Randy’s Rubs 13 zero as well as seasoned the steak fries for my poutine fries with Spirit Sprinkles. When the wings were done, I sauced a few with Hillbilly Heat and the rest with my Burnana sauce mixture. Added some Pyro Pickle to the burger and Hemmorhage to the poutine fries. I needed this. This was next level good!
