One day til Market Day and we are excited to be adding a Parfait to the mix... Vanilla Honey Greek Yogurt, locally made Granola with Beautiful Fresh Fruit! A perfect morning pick me up!

We also will have our yummy Biscuits and Gravy and five different Focaccia's:

Italian Herb and Cheese

One little teaser for this weekend’s Mount Carroll Farmers Market: 𝐇𝐚𝐤𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐢 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐩𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤! 🌱

They’re a bit more oblong than round this year, but they taste just as good. If you love radishes - or 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 to love radishes - these are worth trying. They still have a little bite, but much milder and sweeter than a typical radish.

Our favorite way to enjoy them? Halved or quartered, then roasted until tender and caramelized. So good. 🔥🥗
