When you order grow kits from us, the bags will be colonized upside down they can properly breathe during storage.

Each bag is dated, the orange 102 refers to Beartooth Jan 2nd inoculation. They will start to try to fruit out the filter patch if you leave them at room temp. To fruit simply cut around the filter, or any other spot you deem fit. Walk-in cooler is preferred long term storage option, allowing you to store the bags for up to 3months before using it.

For those who loved our fried mushroom samples, we’ve got news! Lions Mane fried mushrooms will be an official menu item coming very soon! The portion will be a lot larger (better for sharing 😉) with an appropriate cost. Keep an eye on our FB for news in the next few days, it’ll be a big week over here all around! 🎄🙂‍↕️
