Very Simple Bourban Chicken.

1 lb. Skinless Boneless Chicken Thighs
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 package of Italian Seasoning

Mix the two ingredients together and coat each piece. Place in pan and sprinkle any leftover ingredients. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until chicken is done. Then broil for 5-10 minutes. Great served over rice.
