Sometimes reality unfolds like this: Wake up early to pick flowers before getting ready for work…rain starts just after alarm goes off…change plans to include “dolling up” for work first…dig out old blue poncho to prevent rain from drowning hair (only partly successful)…cut flowers…try to salvage hair…reapply running mascara…chalk up hair to “bad hair day”…grab mug of coffee…head out the door. The show must go on for the Monticello Iowa Farmers Market tomorrow morning!

We’ve been missing our friends at the Monticello Iowa Farmers Market and are excited to be back with our bouquets featuring my favorite: peonies! They smell so delicious! Due to the crazy weather, bouquets won't be available at the Monticello Iowa Farmers Market for a few more weeks, BUT we still have you covered for Mother's Day. If your mom likes to get her hands dirty, we will have seedling sample packs, seed packets, and dahlia tubers...everything she needs to start her very own cutting garden! Or if your mom is a hands-off flower-lover, we will have succulent starters, gift certificates for our booth at the market, or really splurge on Mom by signing her up for our Summer Bouquet Subscription!
