I haven't canned much this year just beans, cowboy candy and apple butter. Wanted to use my last batch of peppers. I chopped my jalapenos, banana peppers and onions up, added cowboy candy syrup, bread and butter syrup and wow. I dont know how to explain this or who could eat it..ill just call it fire relish, mercy its 🔥 hot. If anyone is brave enuff or wants some holler. Its purty
