Hi-Lite has been a Monroe icon for over 50 years and now under new ownership will continue this legacy for another 50 years. While Hi-Lite has seen better days, it is going through a huge remodel. Fresh, locally grown produce is being brought in everyday, along with freshly cut meats. Of course, Hi-Lite's famous original fried chicken will always be here.

Mason was on a mission at the food show and Sukhi’s Gourmet Indian Foods absolutely delivered 🤤 From the Chicken Tikka Masala to those Butter Chicken Samosas with cilantro sauce, we had to bring it all back to Monroe for the Hi-Lite Fam!
