Produce is what we do! For over 70 years, Robertson Produce continues the tradition established with our first customer in 1947. Robertson Produce, Inc.

Our Mission is still the same- to deliver quality products at the best prices, on time. was established in 1947 and is now in its third generation as a family-owned and operated produce distributor. We operate out of a 45,000 square foot facility in Monroe, LA where we run a fleet of refrigerated trucks. We service an area of approximately 200 miles from Little Rock, Arkansas to Alexandria, Louisiana as well as all the cities in between. supplies over 350 food service accounts including national, multi-location restaurant chains, as well as grocery store chains, schools, correctional facilities, universities, and military outlets.

📍 Jackson, Mississippi

Sunrise Fresh Produce, a Robertson Produce Company, is growing our Jackson team!

We are currently accepting applications for Night Warehouse Order Selectors. This is a hands-on warehouse position responsible for accurately selecting and building customer orders while helping ensure our products are prepared safely and efficiently for delivery.

What You’ll Do:

* Select and stage customer orders accurately
* Build and organize orders on pallets
* Operate electric pallet jacks and warehouse equipment as required
* Wrap, label, and prepare completed orders for shipment
* Follow food-safety, GMP, and workplace-safety procedures
* Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
* Work as part of the night warehouse team until the work is complete

Position Requirements:

* Must be available to work assigned night-shift hours and required overtime
* Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift
* Ability to routinely handle products weighing 10–35 lbs., with heavier products approximately 60–100 lbs. depending on location
* Must be comfortable working in dry, cooler, and freezer environments
* Must pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check
* Must be able to become certified on an electric pallet jack (EPJ) during the new-hire training period
* Motorized pallet-jack certification is preferred
* English-language proficiency required

As we celebrate America’s 250th birthday, we’d also like to keep our customers informed on what’s happening across the foodservice supply chain. Here’s what we’re watching this week:

🥩 BEEF
Beef markets remain historically strong as cattle supplies continue to be tight nationwide. Choice boxed beef prices are holding steady, with ribs remaining especially limited and expensive. Briskets continue to see strong demand following Independence Day promotions. While we could see a slight easing in prices over the next week, demand is expected to strengthen again heading into August and Labor Day.

🐖 PORK
Pork pricing continues to soften as production remains strong and inventories are readily available. Bellies, loins, butts, and picnics have all moved lower, creating opportunities for customers looking to feature pork. This remains one of the better value proteins in today’s market.

🍗 POULTRY
Chicken markets remain balanced overall. Boneless breast meat is steady, while wings continue to be in very strong demand with limited availability due to foodservice promotions. Dark meat remains plentiful and offers excellent value for operators looking to manage food costs.

🦐 SEAFOOD
Several seafood categories continue to experience upward pressure due to freight costs and supply concerns.
• Tilapia prices are increasing due to higher ocean freight costs.
• Domestic squid supplies could tighten later this summer.
• Premium scallops remain in strong demand with firm pricing.

🥚 DAIRY
Egg prices remain stable after recent declines, while butter has strengthened over the past week. Cheese markets continue to remain steady with adequate supplies available.

🥬 FRESH PRODUCE
Several produce categories remain under supply pressure this week:
