Spring is here and people travel again, like this family from Washington DC. They stopped in for a little cheese tour at Emmi Roth Cheese. We have a guided tour Weekdays at 10 AM.
We are about halfway through the great cheese collection, purchased from the World Championship Cheese Contest. All outstanding, one-of-a-kind products.
Tea Fondada is extra special! Made with organic raw milk, cheese cultures, salt and natural rennet in the Val Müstair Region of Switzerland where the people speak Romansh.

Just cutting another Jewel from the World Championship Cheese Contest!
L'Etivaz AOP Intense, the Rolls Royce of Gruyere, is a premium alpine cheese made from raw, grass fed cow's milk in the Western Swiss Alps during summer. The cheese is made exclusively in a copper kettle over a wood fire, at a minimum altitude of 1000 Meters (3280 feet).
