Dad's Smoker Weekend Starts Here
🔥 Turn a Chuck Roast into BBQ Burnt Ends!

We have plenty of chuck roasts in the freezer and they make amazing burnt ends.
Low and slow never disappoints!

Easy Recipe:
🥩 3-4 lb Chuck Roast

1️⃣ Cube into 1½" pieces.
2️⃣ Season generously with your favorite BBQ rub.
3️⃣ Smoke at 250° for about 3 hours.
4️⃣ Place in pan with butter, brown sugar and BBQ sauce.
5️⃣ Cover and cook another 1½-2 hours.
6️⃣ Remove cover and finish until sticky and caramelized.
