It's super sweet that I'm still getting messages on here. Just a little note for those who missed the memo, Punk Rawk Labs came to a painful, brutal end a few years back. But fear not. Painful, brutal ends have a way of inspiring superpowers. Long story short, the cheese has reincarnated as Future Hero Cave. I actually think it's gotten better. I dug in immediately into the Blueberry Camembert -- delicious! Later that night we had a couple over and we sampled the Camembert, Cashew of the Woods and the Smoked. Everyone was extremely complimentary about the texture, flavor and presentation of the cheese

Just wanted to take a minute to feature a picture and some feedback from VIP cheese tasting club members

In this era of COVID, I get overwhelmed and frustrated sometimes at the insane constraints and what feels like lack of progress. But it gives me this warm fuzzy feeling to get this feedback. Despite all the obstacles, this moment has been a gift to explore new frontiers. It's not where I had intended to go initially, but I like where this is going! Anyway, here's the feedback....

Had to dive in and taste the Blueberry Camembert I received from . It is absolutely divine! You outdid yourself, ☺️ I paired it with a glass of Pinot Noir and they went really well together.
